This new $9.5 million, 6,000 m2 two-storey elementary school was designed for sustainability and achieved 4 Green Globes. Energy simulation of this school predicts it will use 54% less energy than code requirements. This was accomplished without additional construction cost over other new schools in the area. The project was completed in 2010.
