Gregory A. Hogan French Immersion is a new $22 million, 4,294 m2 two-storey elementary school. The building features high efficiency condensing boilers, demand controlled ventilation for areas with variable occupancy, and high efficiency, energy recovery ventilators tied into each rooftop unit. Low demand lighting systems and low flow plumbing fixtures are installed throughout the school. Spaces with high ceilings are outfitted with high induction specialty diffusers and HVLS (High Volume, Low Speed) fans. This project was completed in early 2024.
