We are active in the health care, institutional, industrial and commercial building industry. For more than 50 years, our firm has delivered successful building projects across Southern Ontario and expanded into Ottawa, where we have maintained an established presence for the past 12 years.
We have an immediate opening for a Senior/Intermediate Mechanical Engineer in our London office. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting and leading project teams with all aspects of the design of mechanical systems for health care, institutional, industrial and commercial buildings, including: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, medical gases, sustainability, etc. You will have responsibility for performing design calculations, selecting equipment, and to guide the CAD staff and assist in the development of CAD design drawings.

We have an immediate opening for an Electrical Designer with at least 5 years experience in our London office. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the design of electrical building services for health care, institutional, and commercial buildings. Relevant experience should include exposure to fire protection and/or lighting, fire alarm, power and communications systems. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is required.

- Power distribution, lighting, and emergency power concepts
- Fire alarm and life-safety coordination (exposure considered an asset)
- Communications / low-voltage systems (exposure considered an asset)
