Formed in 1973 by George Chorley and John Bisset, Chorley & Bisset Ltd has been providing cost effective and energy-conscious mechanical and electrical building services designs for over 30 years. Our areas of expertise include plumbing, fire safety, medical gas systems, heating and air conditioning, ventilating, building automation systems, energy analysis and management, lighting, electrical power distribution, security and communications. Chorley & Bisset Ltd specializes in providing these services to health care, education, industrial and commercial building sectors.

Our current staff of over 30 employees includes 9 registered Professional Engineers.

Chorley & Bisset Ltd is employee owned. Shares of the corporation are owned by 12 employee/shareholders. We believe ownership is an important link to the high quality of our engineering services. The majority of the shares are held by the management team. Nevertheless, there is a process of ownership transfer system in place to promote and develop employees of the firm.
